Cozy Cape Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for a few days for our 10 year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. The place was immaculately clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's clear the hosts put real care into every detail. The location was perfect for exploring Florida, but honestly, we could’ve just stayed in and relaxed by the pool—it was that nice. Highly recommend this gem for a short-term stay. We’ll definitely be back if they will have us! Thanks!

I have rented from Stu and Cathy twice before. I've been to the FMB and Cape Coral area six times previously so I'm very familiar with the area. I took this vacation alone to have some quiet before my son enters his junior year of high school and our lives revolve around school work deadlines and events. It was perfect. Cathy always ensures the homes have everything you could possibly need. Everything is comfortable. Lots of space. I usually get eaten alive by whatever bugs are available to bite me, so I appreciate the screened in pool. Every day I got up and exercised while listening to podcasts. Then I'd jump in the pool. Spent hours reading outside before it got too hot. Then I'd get cleaned up for what would be a late lunch and nap during the warmest part of the day. More fresh air time sitting by the canal as the water is soothing for the soul! One of the things that I love about Stu and Cathy's rentals is that they do not have a million rules as some rentals do. I've been in rentals where I am to wash the sheets before I leave! That's insane--and they don't make you do that. You don't need to waste luggage space with towels and sheets; everything is provided, even in the kitchen. I love how they have all of the appliances, even though I only use the keurig. LOL Tons of great restaurants in a 20 mile radius. I have my faves at this point. Wonderful ice cream places. I've hit them all at this point--you can't go wrong with any of them. I highly encourage families, friends, and individuals to rent from Stu and Cathy. They are absolute gems to work with and you won't be disappointed in the homes.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cozy Cape cottage. The house was beautiful and the pool felt wonderful. We will definitely be coming back. Perfect location so much to see and do.

The whole experience was outstanding, from making the reservation to the final day of our vacation. The house is cozy and has all you need for a fabulous vacation. The pool and view are awesome. This is our second stay and we would stay at any of the Scheller’s location.
