The beautiful Schell-Topia property is immaculate inside and out! The neighbourhood is quiet and yet central to amenities and many restaurants. We had plenty of space with the two master suites and other comfortable bedrooms. A real bonus was having beach gear including towels, coolers, a wagon, chairs and umbrella which we took to Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches. Our teenagers had a blast with air hockey, the outdoor shuffle board and fishing. The pool, hot tub, sun loungers and gorgeous yard were very relaxing. Kayaking the lake and nearby waterways enabled us to enjoy nature, and bird watch. We even enjoyed a visit from a turtle at the dock. This was truly a home away from home….thanks to Stu and Cathy for being great hosts and so accommodating!

Our stay at Schell-Topia exceeded all expectations! The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for a big group of friends, especially the gorgeous kitchen with tons of storage and several seating areas to dine. The pool and hot tub are absolutely lovely and we so enjoyed the lake views. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We had not one single complaint about our experience and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
